March 2, 2025 will mark my first day back in the kitchen at Grey Ghost since leaving my position as line cook. I'm beyond excited to get back in the kitchen making pastries!

Today is a particularly uneventful day - I have spent most of it working on this web project (this website), typing for hours on ending and deleting huge portions of this premade web template when I could probably just have chosen one that fit my needs better.

There's a lot to do to prepare before I get back in the kitchen at Grey Ghost - one of the primary tasks being that I need to pick up my car from a location about 1.5 hours away. Most of March 1 will be spent driving and running errands in order to ensure that I'm ready to get up (bright and early!) to start baking.
